I'm considering purchasing a black and leather jacket, but I'm not sure if it would be the best addition to my outfit. I want to know how to wear it in different situations and throughout the year, even though I know it's fashionable and appropriate for every occasion. Has anyone ever worn a jacket made of leather and black? How would you style a blazer for semi-formal or casual settings? Does it make sense to use these things year-round, or are they most effective when the weather is predictable?

This season I would like to buy a new leather coat for the winter, but I can’t decide whether to choose a certain style, color or a type of leather. Basically, I am in search of a gadget that can be utility driven as well as fashionable. How should one make sure that a leather coat they own lasts for many winters? Furthermore, what should one look for in a leather coat; lining, closures, and fit? Suggestions for brands or individual models are very welcome.

It is my intention to get a black mens aviator jacket specifically for the black man. What I hope could be found here is something more than just warm and stylish, and which will hopefully have a longevity of use, for every day. Despite the shearling lining it should look exactly like those old aviators shades but at the same time it should look versatile enough to fit into different outfits.
